Eng. HUSSAIN ALASSAF

Hussain is currently serving as General Manager for Excellence and Development in the Quality and Passenger Experience Sector.

He is responsible for building the passenger experience strategies in the kingdom as well as leading the execution of any new passenger related initiatives at the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA). On top of that, he chairs the People with Reduced Mobility services committee in KSA’s civil aviation sector. Hussain has a multifaceted career in local and international organizations, varies between public and private sector focused on management consulting
He holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM).
