The World of Customer Experience Forum launches the Saudi Customer Experience Award
The Saudi Customer Experience Awards celebrate and honour the excellence of professionals and organizations throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the field of customer experience. We are committed to sharing best practices, setting standards, and providing a knowledge base for organizations to learn and improve customer experience. The Saudi version is the regional version of the original international customer experience awards. The award was launched on June 12th and the finals will be held live on January 17, 2024, while the award ceremony will take place on January 25, 2024, in Riyadh. A forum on the latest developments in customer experience will be held before the award ceremony.
