Ben has been working in the Customer and Employee Experience space for over 10 years and currently leads Alliances and GTM for the Middle East and Africa at Medallia – the platform brands chose to listen to customers and personalise fantastic experiences. Ben has worked with major brands in North America, APAC, Europe and Middle and Africa to design and install successful Voice of the Customer and Employee programs that provide meaningful insights and outcomes for customers and employees so organisations can make the right business decisions.
