Michael has a wealth of CX experience spending a decade in the USA with General Electric working on their world-wide Customer Experience (CX) programme. He worked with brands such as Harley Davidson, FAO Schwartz, American Airlines and Hilton. Michael returned to Ireland and launched The CX Company, a leading international CX insight, planning and education company which publishes the annual CXi thought leadership. Michael spent much of his career educating companies on the benefits of CX and founded The CX Academy in 2019 to provide online CX learning. The CX Certificate and Diploma courses set the global standard for CX certification and today The CX Academy is the largest provider of CX education in the world operating in 100+ Countries. Michael lives in Ireland and speaks and writes passionately about the CX discipline around the world.
