The Customer Experience World Forum signs an agreement with the Customer Experience Association
In an important step to support and develop the customer experience industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the World of Customer Experience Forum signed a partnership agreement with the Customer Experience Association, the first Saudi association licensed for customer experience, This partnership focuses on supporting the forum, attracting expert speakers, creating initiatives and events for the forum, and organizing workshops aimed at raising the level of Services and solutions provided to customers in light of digital transformation and innovation.
