This new feature enables you to direct voice commands to the gateway, and the gateway will interact with you according to the voice command you directed.
You can use the following commands:
- You can pronounce the name of the page directly, for example:
- (News, Events, Frequently Asked Questions)
- You can return to the previous page by starting by saying (Go back)
- You can go to the main page by starting by saying (Home)
- You can search directly by starting by saying (Search for) and then the search words Example:
- ( Search for Customer Experience Forum)
