With a rich 23-year journey across banking, management consulting, and utilities, I have shaped my career as a visionary leader and a fervent advocate for customers. I spearhead the strategy, design, and execution of customer experience across diverse channels and segments. I am a certified customer experience professional (CCXP) and a Lean Six Sigma black belt, equipped with a profound understanding of design thinking, business process management (BPM), and change management. My commitment extends beyond the corporate realm as a board of directors member of the Customer Institute, a global entity championing the evolution of customer experience practices.
